Master (Skills: Internal Arts, Close-Quarters Combat, Philosophy, Athletics, Acrobatics)
* The Master is a philosopher who seeks mastery of the body and the mind. He uses the martial arts both as a means to learn important spiritual lessons and to protect himself and others from the hazards of this unforgiving world. Dedicated practice of the internal arts allows the Master to augment his abilities beyond the mundane, including:
1. Extreme awareness: The Master can maintain focus in highly chaotic environments. Multiple opponents do not pose a great problem for him. To others, he presents the illusion that he is able to predict the future and dodge bullets, when in reality, the Master is exceptionally adroit at reading opponents' intentions and moving out of the way of the line of fire.
2. Shooting Cosmos: The Master uses internal force to smash through dense objects (or people) with his body.
*The Master's weapon of choice is either his bare hands or a blade made of tungsten carbide.
Technology Cult –
Technology Hunter (Skills: firearms, science, subterfuge)
*Technology hunters typically do freelance work for technology cults, who are big buyers of emerging and pre-Nevercast technology. In order to obtain the former, a technology hunter may hack systems or break into the laboratories of developers. To obtain the latter, particularly bold hunters will travel to the third world countries where these technologies were once manufactured.
Emissary (Skills: social, cultural, subterfuge, firearms)
*Emissaries are members of technology cults. Their job is to convince developers to sell their new technologies to the cult, or to let the cult manufacture their technology - who have the economic muscle to do so and where there will be no red tape to hamper progress - in exchange for partial ownership.
*Other times, Emissaries maintain diplomatic relations between national leaders and other technology cults.
Retainer (Skills: firearms, piloting or vehicles, athletics)
*The technology cults' military muscle. Retainers protect their establishments and operations, and escort emissaries and technology hunters on their missions.
