Basics
In this game the warlords (in basic case: the players) are moving armies across a terrain divided by a hex grid. The smallest, fundamental army unit is company wich can be combined into groups.
The game is turn based. Every unit is in a specific hex between every two adjacent turns. The turns are there to symbolize the time of the movement and the battles.
If enemy groups meet they battle against each other. For the sake of simplicity the whole game is called war and the meeting of enemy groups is called battle.
The mechanics are build up from phase to phase. This book page is the core concept of the game, its child pages are the basic rules wich are playable, and their child pages will contain more advanced rules like the slow flow of informations etc.
