Alessandro Haag lives in Rome and is born in 1976. He has a Bachelor in Elementary Particle Physic and now he works with computers in a IT corporation. He practiced Shinseikai Karate and Soto Zen, but his biggest passion are roleplaying games, tabletop and live form. He has organized larp since 1996 and thinks that larp and zen have the same quality: the capacity to connect people to the Sacred Part of the Universe... not in the same way, of course!

Lol, exactly the opposite
Zazen and LARP are exactly the opposite of each other.
In zazen you sit quietly and stop lying to yourself.
In LARP you move around a lot, and act out fictional stories with your friends.
So what kind of games are popular in Rome? You showed up just in time. We were just discussing several randomizer-light systems that would work really well in LARPs.
P.S., does anyone think it would be possible to do a zen RPG? It would have to work without a character sheet. We can't have individual separate existence or the illusion of permanence corrupting our cool zen game.
P.P.S. "about me" is in quotes because "me" does not exist. You are as separate from the world as a wave is from the ocean. "You" (as a discrete and independent entity) are not real.
