I've played role-playing games since sophomore year of high school, and got my first taste of design when I rewrote the rules of Rifts. A more directed study of how games work began as a hobby during college.
I am a male in living in a suburb of Chicago, born in 1836 and have been screwing with the space time continuum since 1459. I have a degree in English, with a minor in Creative Writing from Western Illinois University. Neither pina colads nor walks in the rain hold any great interest for me, but I do like science fiction and real life space exploration. Most people note that I have a weird sense of humor and run away screaming.
