Reports of my death... are pretty much true

Hello.

First, let me apologize for being less than helpful for the last few months.

Then, I would like to confirm that I do contiune to exist, at least according to a few of the less esoteric branches of philosophy.

This has been a rather awful year by any measure. My much beloved grandmother died, I am without gainful employment, and clinical depression just doesn't help anyone. My pool of friends is rather small, and quite frankly I haven't gotten a group together for an actual rpg session in months. (Which makes quality testing rather difficult)

While I might have way to much time to work on my various projects, the will to do so just hasn't materialized. An idea for a 24 hour game has sat around for months. New stories for D&B have been few and far between.

Ideally, something new should appear on this site before the new year - but I've got a bit of a losing streak here.

Thanks for being a creative group. Two years is pretty long for an internet community. Good luck with your endeavors, and a happy holidays to you all.

A little late but...

I'm a little late in this and I doubt you'll see this but I wish you luck and good fortune (same words I know, but perhaps if I use it twice it will be doubly effective). You've helped me loads since I started on this site and needless to say without your help and creativity, none of my ideas would ever have gotten off the ground. I hope you will return to us someday; your voice on RPG Lab is quite possibly one of the most important.

"So I say to the guy, 'How you going to get the tank down to the planet?' And he goes, 'I'll just put it on the ship.' And I go, 'If you've got a ship that can carry a tank, why not just put guns on the ship and use it instead?'" -Caboose

You are not alone

My get up and go has gone up and went when it comes to making RPGs lately. I pretty much need to focus on my music 24/7 for the time being, so I too am taking a step back from this fabulous RPG community. I'll most likely still interact here and there (RPG Lab and 1km1kt), but I probably won't be making any more RPGs in the near future, which includes putting Adventuria Online RPG to the side (at least I got it up to 100 pages/areas).

All my best to you, Jason. You may be down now, but you'll be back up.

Peace, Errin : )

Its been a pleasure

Figured I'd stop by and say that you will be missed. You've got alot of talent and and have been more than a little helpful to many of us.

I can understand the lack of motivation, but if there is one thing I've learned in life its that the critical misses will stop if you keep rolling the dice.

Good luck to you, and I do hope to see something new in the future because you're good at what you do and I'd hate to lose you.
