Ok, its Thursday again, and I'm inclined to post more of my thoughts.
First of all, I'm keeping this once a week, since I don't want to use up too much of this place for personal rants. Furthermore, there is a reason I don't have a more official blog, nor do I turn to blogs or even network news for information. I like newspapers and a chance to relax and look at things critically, rather than up to the minute you've got 60 seconds to make a judgment. It seems a bit more trustworthy, since their deadlines are ever so slightly less stringent than other sources, so they have more time to check.
Secondly, I should point out that I seem to have a slightly different take on the use of books and blogs on this site than what is developing. I thought the blogs were just supposed to be for thoughts, or asking specific questions. If you really wanted something to develop more - put your general ideas/questions of the first page, and then create individual pages for what specifics you want commented on.
To use errinF's Ogre Magi as an example, the intro-page would be "Lets make an RPG, based on Ogres, these are my initial thoughts..." and then each category up for discussion (magic, system, monsters...) would be a separate page, so that no-one needs to dig through an increasingly long and disjointed thread to find a specific point.
Even if that’s not the case, that is how I would like my books to be treated. If you have any zombie stories, or world war two ideas, please, feel free to add them.
