I read this
When I read this I thought, "Are these some quick notes for a Cartoon Action Hour campaign?"
You know, like if a friend of mine approached me and said, "I'm putting together a Cartoon Action Hour game called Moonaclypse Man. We're even doing in on Saturday mornings, as if it were a real cartoon that we are gathering to watch, kind of in the vein of those old Chrystar comic books, and I do not care how wasted you are from Friday night, like you could be high as a kite and have not slept at all, as long as you bring your d12 and your imagination."
He could count on me. I would show up for that.
