Adventurer - A well rounded class which focuses its training on survival rather than specialization. The Adventurer practices skills and abilities from each of the disciplines.

Warrior - The Warrior is a battle heardened expert of close quarter combat. Specialization in melee weapons and using any armor available they are more then capable of holding their own.

Scavenger - Skilled in the theiving arts a scavenger lives off the possessions of others. Able to pick locks and disarm traps they are more than suited to gather what is necassary for their day to day lives.

AKA: Shiruba´s way to start thinking on how to make a new RPG system.

NOTE: WHEN I SAY ANYTHING IN THIS BOOK, THERE IS A 99% CHANCE THAT I AM JUST ILLUSTRATING AN EXAMPLE. THIS GUIDELINES AND THOUGHTS CAN BE USED TO BRAINSTORM ANY SYSTEM, HOWEVER, DO REMEMBER THERE IS NO "ONE TRUE WAY" OF DESIGNING RPGS, RULES ARE ABSTRACT, NOT CONCRETE.

If you are a N00b, or a Pro, it doenst hurt to go thru all the basics again! :P this book -wants- to help you, i swear. :P

So I decided to make a new RPG system...

Chapter 1 - Motivations.

Look, I really like GURPS, I really do. And I started to love it more and more since 4th Ed came. but, as any other RPG system it has flaws, oh yeah baby, it pains me to say this: "GURPS has flaws!", I don’t know how the RPG community in other countries is, but in Brazil nobody likes/plays GURPS, we are a few brave gamers that could understand what Jackson was talking about after 200 pages of mistranslation... for instance, the skill "poison" was translated to something like "poisounously" (and GURPS fantasy uses about 4 words for describing the Banestorm.)

Well, times are a changing...

Well. I know its been awhile and i shoulqd really update this more. Let's see. Last i blogged i was still working on dimensions as well as pokemonrpg and gaming reglar with friends. (Forgive typos; using a cheap wireless keyboard that's covered in soda; my keyboard port went out -_-)

Well now: i've semi-abandoned dimensions (to be picked up again at a later date); and have JUST starting working on the pokemon RPG again. I no longer game with my 'friends' but intend on starting up again once i've got pokemonRPG playable.

Game Update:

Well; decided it was time to work on it again. Added a new feature that i fell in love with in Final Fantasy Tactics Advanced. Law cards. Not 100% sure how i'll impliment them into random battles (as using "judges" seems a bit irritating) but gyms wll be easy to integrate.

The Oceans' Currents

She grasped the heart necklace, dangeling just inches from her face. Holding it in a possesive way. Tears spilling from her blue eyes, cascading to the sandy floor. Tiny droplets of red liquid slid down a fresh cut on her cheek where his clawed fingers had sliced. It was just one cut, but it was a deep one. She gently, but clumselly undid the gold clasp that held the jewelery together, pulling it around her neck, but just as she almost got it on, two strong hands were opon hers, causing her to freeze up. She couldn't move. His right hand went to the side of her face that wasn't wounded, slowly tracing lines on her soft skin. She could smell her dried metalic blood under his sharp nails.
