My games

Being that I appreciate your feedback and enjoy reading your reviews, I thought I'd go through my RPGs and make a note of whether I'd want them scrutinized by you or not. Here goes:

Adventuria Online RPG - Let's wait until this one is complete so that you can properly review it in it's entirety. Enjoy playing it in the meantime!

Dungeons & Vigilantes / Villains & Dragons - It'd probably be pretty easy to playtest/review D&V + V&D, and I think you may have mentioned an interest before, but I don't particularly think those one pagers are in need of a playtesting and/or review. It's too straightforward of a game system, I think, for you to glean anything too amazing out of playing/reviewing it. Still, if you wanted to 'I play' D&V and/or V&D, I wouldn't stop you.

Tranzistor Zenith - Not quite a solo game, so I don't think it would be as easy for you to playtest. I think I ended up making one of my best one page systems with this one, so I would be faintly interested in people playing/reviewing it. But I'm pretty confident that the game is solid, so if you took a pass on 'I playing' it, no worries there.

Dawn Of The Dumb - This game is downright silly. I am glad I made a high concept zombie one pager that incorporated being hyphy, but I don't exactly put this one on my trophy shelf. No need to review or playtest it unless you were really bored.

Fear On Four RPG - I'm very proud of this one pager made from one of my favorite radio dramas. But it's such a simple storytelling system based on four-sided dice and some basic mathematical equations that it doesn't merit any need for playtesting or review.

Simple Supers - I think this is a pretty cool one page system, and I would be interested in you 'I playing' it so as to vet the game a little, but I'm only slightly interested in such, as there are other games of mine I'd rather have you playtest and review.

Quiz & Dragons RPG - No need to 'I play' this one... it already got scrutinized a bunch when it won the 1kmk1t video game RPG challenge last year.

Regs, Dregs, & Zombies - Now this is a solo game I would be interested in you playtesting, but I would never ask you to 'I play' it because it would be a serious pain in the butt to write down everything that goes down in the course of a game. 'I playing' it would turn you into a zombie!

Terror Town - This is definitely a candidate. It'd be easy to play and review, and I'd be interested to see how it's game system did under your scrutiny.

Treason Season - Another candidate, as it is easy to play and review. A very simple system, though, so I'm not sure if it'd be that eyeopening for you to review it.

Creature of Murky County - Already done (or almost done, that is). Thanks!

Haunted Houses - I would very much like you to 'I play' my solo horror RPG, as I never got to delve into it much playtest-wise, and I think you'd do a great job of reviewing it. Please give it a look if you get the chance and have any interest.

Squire - I think this might top the list of which of my games I'd like to see you 'I play'. It's a solitaire fantasy RPG that uses a poker deck to simulate rolling dice. I've playtested it a bunch, but haven't really 'reviewed'. Please check it out if you have the time and interest.

Zodiac Fantasy - This is probably worth reading only, as it's more of a traditional RPG than a solo one. It could be 'I played'... it just as well could not. This was the first pdf RPG I ever made (and a 24 hour RPG at that).

And there you go! All these games can be found at my 1km1kt author page which I link to in my anchor tags. If you are interested in 'I playing' any of them, go for it... but take your time. At your leisure, John... I know how bogged down one can get if they put too much on their to-do list here.

Peace, Errin : )

What a great idea!

Forming your reviews into a Book is great, because it allows others who play those games a chance to comment. Plus, if anyone wants examples of what others thought of a game, it is a grat "quick link". You can even outline relevant Blogs!

Actually

I admit I didn't think folks would be posting under my book pages, because of the way a lot of the other books are done.Since this is just an experiment in making a book on this site it can work that way,I will just roll with it. Btw, yours is the next game I review.

HUH?

(>/\ . /\)>
What kind of games exactly?

-wakathis

see above

Each game review will have its very own page, and each review also now links to where you can download the game if it is a free game. You should also check out 1km1kt, the place where games developed here usually go once they are ready.

*sadness*

*plays mr. lonely*

some sort of at least input on my work would be lovely. otherwise the fish dies!(wtf?)

Don't be Sad

All right, I will gladly play and review your games.Even though I've got my hands full correcting one review, writing another for MACE and designing Dungeoneers. But, I warn you I'm an honest reviewer. If your games are cool, I'll tell you and the world, and if they aren't you and every one else will read about it and see exactly why. So which game of yours shall I Play: Caught Between Planes or Battle Royale?

Oh, by the way is it cool for me to link to the games that I review? If so, I will link your games on 1km1kt.net to the reviews I write about them.

School's Out For Eternity

Might I suggest the excellent one pager that Evil1 made by the name of School's Out For Eternity?

It was his submission for the 2007 character sheet rpg challenge. It's a cool game, and in a format that would be easily reviewed by you. Just a suggestion... if Evil1 has a different game of his that he wants reviewed, I'd go with whatever he chooses.

Beggers can't be choosers

I don't mind if anything of mine gets linked/quoted/reveiwed as long as nobody claims they wrote it instead of me, otherwise knock yourself out.

As for which one gets reveiwed, i don't have a preference.

As for schools out for eterenity... I am fairly sure i got inspiration for that after wishing my english teacher would die and turn into a zombie so i had a reason to kill him again

No Worries

When I review a game, whether it is positive or negative it with the intention of promoting games and gaining dialogue with game designers and the others that play their games, like you.

Btw, School's Out for Eternity reminds of a little of Pico's School, the classic flash game.

-John Lennon

Yeah

Except pico was fighting nerds, losers, and a alien with a schlong; not zombies

even though nerds and losers can infest alot of places (*coughthewhitehousecough*)
