one player thing... sigh I should give up

please please please do not gooooo, please please please do not gooooo!

Please be kind... It kinda sucks and I tried to streach it out with lame jokes... but... I tried... man... I could go for some milk tea...

but other than that... RPGlab... hows every little thing?

You get what you give

The reasons the game does not look good are:

Wording: You seem to be insulting the players and reiterating quite a bit. You may want to buy a published RPG book and read it front to back, studying the wording.

Originality: Nobody likes copy/paste fantasy games. they are old, boring, and nobody cares anymore. What makes your world DIFFERENT? be sure to put emphasis on what makes this game different then every DnD clone put out there.

Effort: When writing a game, be sure to re-read what you wrote a few hours/days after writing it; that way with a fresh mind you catch the strange errors you made (A more common mistake then you would think). Be sure to have a very good conceptual idea of what the game will play like, how it will look, and what makes it unique.

Aid: Be sure to enlist the aid of fellow RPGL users if you want to make something good. Afterall this website is a resource to help your game shine. I am home every day and online for at least 5 hours a day. If you need help then contact me.

Font: Be sure to use a small font, use the Tab key, and limit paragraphs to 5-6 sentences if you think your para's are getting crowded. Big blocked up type will hurt peoples eyes. I recommend 8-10 point font sizes; preferably sans-serif. Re-reading with a fresh mind will also help you here. if you can't read it; other people can't either.

I hope this helps you!

thanks for that. While I was

thanks for that. While I was writing this I was distracted and questioning the point of continuing the whole game writing thing and feeling rather abrasive.

I've played this game a lot over the past several years and I'm not sure what I was thinking when I wrote it down like this since most of the stories I come up with when playing weren't generic. I tried to expand from the simpler version and ended up turning it into something I didn't care for as much as I tried to convince myself I did and I rushed a bit in getting it done.

I'm going to go back and try to write this game in a way that makes more sense and doesn't read like I'm half asleep and mad at the person reading.
