This site is dedicated to the pencil and paper hobby of table top role playing games. A standard Google search may net you some of the programs you are seeking. However there are no engines, code, or graphics to be found here.
Onrpg.com might have something, but that is not my forte.
There is a fine line between hobby and obsession. I seem to have lost sight of it some time ago.
