PDF writer?

Hi all I am looking for a new pdf writer. I lost mine(Acrobat Printer) sometime back when I upgraded my computer. Anyway I still use pagemaker and I tried using cutePDF with it but it does not work right. SO here is what I am looking for: It must be free and function with the acrobat pagemaker format.

If that is not possible could someone suggest a free layout and pdf maker combo.

I appreciate any suggestions yall have.

If you have a program like word/publisher/lyx that you can do your processing and arranging in, i'd suggest CUTEPDF.
It just takes what you would normally print and makes it into a pdf.

PageMaker

I have both Word and Office Word and I use them both but they just do not have all the nifty layout options PM has.

PDF Creator may help

Since you mentioned Cute PDF, I'm assuming you're using MS Windows. Have you tried PDF creator:

http://sourceforge.net/projects/pdfcreator/

It installs as a print driver, so you should be able to print straight to PDF from any application. I've used it for years with good results.
