Actions --Recruit a Ganger

You can recruit a ganger from another player. The cost for recruiting a ganger is two rep points plus an amount of cash equal to their loyalty score. You can only recruit a ganger when he is in the jungle. The controller can keep the ganger if he meets the pays the gangers loyalty + 1d6. Whether or not he does, the player attempting to recruit must spend the cash and the rep points in the attempt.
