Well i have not done much with my rpg as of late. I had so much work to catch up on after being sick for so long. I was thinking about trying the 24 hour rpg challenge sometime this week. Can anyone that has done it give me some advice, but don't help me with the game because that is not permitted by the rules. Also i just played through Mass Effect and have to say i loved it, and will allways hold a place in my memory.
Recent surveys say that 3 out of 4 people make up 75% of the population.

One Day Thoughts
The exact rules are a little unclear, but also fairly informal. Its not defined as to if you can have an idea in mind before starting, or whether the inspiration is part of the 24. At the very least, nothing can be written down before the time begins.
Probably the most notable element is that they tend to be heavily theme based. Have a strong idea and do your utmost to support it.
Take advantage of spell check, and set aside a little time to proof-read and review.
Play is the thing. Its about a finished game people can use, rather than the perfect simulated world. Of course, a neat setting is never discouraged.
Mostly - just do it!. Far too many projects (especially mine) get bogged down in details, revisions, edits, bloat and development hell. Prove that games can be completed.
There is a fine line between hobby and obsession. I seem to have lost sight of it some time ago.
